"I text on it every day and have gotten past my old t9 typing speed. The only cons are that with it being a touch screen it can be difficult to type with the normal phone number pad but you get used to it. The handwriting feature can make it easier to use one handed though. Other than that It takes a little while to get used to. It's not light but it's also not heavy. You just know it's there and the multitasking isn't as great as I had on my lg515 but for this phone I can live with it. Honestly I love the phone and plan to go back to samsung for my next phone."

"Few things I would have liked are head phone jack, voice activated commands, and support for G-mail. This handset is still new to me and I am yet to discover/use all its features. One thing I surely want to find out how to "Redial" with a single button push."

"Decent phone if you don't want to get stuck with the extra $30 per month for a smart phone with at&t. The bright screen is nice, even very visible in bright sunlight. Music player is nice also. The unlock button is very difficult to push with one hand because of location relative to the slider and the fact that it is small and low-profile. AT&T plan is not a good value: old plan was "grandfathered", ended up getting 150 less minutes per month with a significant price increase. Phone is probably worth it, but AT&T is not!"

"I use the product for personal and business. It is limited because you cannot transfer your contacts from a previous phone by just putting in the SIM card. It is also limited by the agreements restrictions for adding to the phone because you will have to pay for the phone if you add anything to the plan."
